In February 2008, VCT advertisements were posted up on approximately 60 buses running through 12 streets/roads in Ezhou City, Hubei Province. It was estimated that the buses had the record of around 90,000 passenger-times per day and 16,200,000 person-times per six months.
These advertising boards aim to advocate healthy, civilized lifestyles and codes of conduct, so as to reduce risk behaviors and discrimination, promote the provision of care, and to help create conducive environment for PLHA.
